Avana Companies closed a $16MM loan on August 5, 2022.  Financing was provided to refinance a 146-room hotel in Aurora, IL.

The subject property was built in 2004.  It includes 146 rooms, a breakfast/dining area, an indoor pool, an indoor whirlpool, a fitness room, an outdoor sport court, a business center, a market pantry, a guest laundry room, and an outdoor patio and barbecue area.
