Avana Companies closed a $1,200,000 rate & term refinance loan to an investor on a boutique hotel with 41 rooms located in Leadville, CO.

The hotel resides roughly 10 minutes from a local ski resort in Leadville, and it is within 10 miles of multiple mountains, ski areas, and resorts, making the hotel popular during the snow season. The investor is an experienced hotel operator and has owned and operated the  property since 2004.
